At O2 High Pipes, we’re committed to quality and transparency. We design premium glass smoking pipes and accessories built to elevate your experience. If something’s off, we’ll make it right.

Damaged During Shipping?

No stress—we’ll replace it.

If your glass pipe or smoking accessory arrives broken, just send clear photos of:

  • The damaged product
  • The shipping box and packaging

Email your photos to o2highpipes@yahoo.com, and we’ll verify the issue and send out a replacement.

Want to Make a Return?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in like-new condition, and include all original components.
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning your pipe or accessory.

What We Can’t Refund

We do not offer refunds on:

  • Used products
  • Items returned after 30 days
  • Final sale or clearance items

All returned items must pass inspection before a refund is issued.
